 Project Pain Points 

The working area is located on different floors. The first floor is smt production line, which has high requirements on the storage capacity of the side warehouse within a limited range, and requires information and lean management of materials, and has higher requirements on the timeliness and accuracy of material distribution in the production line. The second floor is a structural parts warehouse, which is used to store materials. The two areas require frequent cross-floor feeding, and the traditional way relies on manual push and transfer cross-floor transportation, manual picking and transportation, which is low efficiency, high labor intensity, and difficult to manage the warehouse. With the rise in labor costs, personnel allocation is difficult to meet the needs of production and timeliness of transportation, and high requirements for material traceability and informatization.
